An all-star group of 6 pax made their way to Woodshed this morning for an off-campus Q. YHC is in the home stretch of preparing for the BRR so a trip to a hill in the hood was a required part of the workout. Also spent some time perusing the Exicon and worked a few new exercises (Mountain Merkins, Xs and Os) into the Thang.
