SSH x20IC 1 Burpee
Imp Walker x20 IC 2 Burpee
Squats x20 IC 3 Burpee
Merkins x10 IC 4 Burpees
Flutter Kicks x20 5 Burpees

I honestly forgot most of the work out so I’ll make it simple

Farmers Carry two cinder blocks to corner 1
30 Kettle Bell Swings
Farmers Carry to corner 2
30 Merkins
Farmers Carry to corner 3
30 Block Squats
Farmers Carry to corner 4 (and the corners were far apart)
30 Shoulder Presses

Backwards run up Sumter St to the corner of Wheat st.
Run back to chin up bars. Do 10 chin ups.

Rinse and Repeat several times with different variations of work outs with the cinder blocks. Cinder Block Burpee Lunge Walk was a favorite, along with the Cinder Block Bear Crawl.
