6 men took the hard road this morning and reported to Columbia’s weekly CSAUP workout. Battle never fails to give you that, “you’ve got to be kidding me” feeling. But, the feeling of accomplishing that hour of work every week is incredible. Cesspool started us off 100 mph out the gate and laid the foundation for some serious burnout.
