Battle Report 7/14/18

Summer in full swing doesn’t bode well for any battlers. Q phenomenon only lasts while you are  actually calling excercises, as was evident today.

 

10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 LBC x2 up to 14 of each excercises (1 minute each round 10 total)

Ladder-

Bear crawl -15 squats, monkey humpers, LBCs

Crab Wall back- 14……

6 minutes plank. Alternating arms, etc.

Head over to battle loop-

1 battle loop lap at 60%
30 man makers with bricks
1 lap at 70%
10 squat curls and 10 box jumps x 3
1 lap at 80%
30 up right rows and 30 lunge rows
1 lap at 90%
30 dead lift hammer curls
