Cess called on Eldrick and YHC to bust it had out the gate and not stop for one solid hour. We knew we had to bring it! 5 Pax gave it their best shot and made it one step closer to becoming Spartan Warriors after this one. Bottom line is this was one tough hour of work. Mission accomplished!

The Thang:
Eldrick introduced us to a modified Spartan workout for the first 30 min.
The workout is pretty simple. Sprints and Merkins. Sounds easy, right? Wrong. It was terrible.
Sprint 100 yds, 15 merkins, Mosey 100 yds back
RInse and repeat 20 times. That works out to 20 100 yd sprints and 300 merkins. The pax had to modify the last few rounds and cut out the mosey to be sure we made it all the way to the end.
McNugget continued the Spartan theme with a 300 workout inspired by the movie 300. All the pax had to do was execute 300 reps. Here’s what we did:
25 pull ups
50 dead lifts with chicken farm blocks
50 merkins
50 jump squats
50 V-ups
50 push press/squat thrusters with chicken farm blocks
25 pull-ups
The only rule was that you had to finish all reps of your exercise before you moved to the next exercise. YHC really felt the burn and nearly was able to experience his first bout of spilled merlot. Almost…
