11 started their morning off with some serious work on the grounds of AC Flora HS at Battle. The workout also featured a Battle Billy Zane late in the final circuit.
If you post to Battle and expect a quick warmup to loosen up the system, you will most likely be disappointed. After grabbing our signature 16″ RBHS Pavers, Collar started us off and we spent the rest of the workout fighting muscle failure. No punches were pulled, in true Battle fashion.
