Battle: Collar, Splinter & Some Very Large Bricks

11 started their morning off with some serious work on the grounds of AC Flora HS at Battle. The workout also featured a Battle Billy Zane late in the final circuit.
If you post to Battle and expect a quick warmup to loosen up the system, you will most likely be disappointed. After grabbing our signature 16″ RBHS Pavers, Collar started us off and we spent the rest of the workout fighting muscle failure. No punches were pulled, in true Battle fashion.

Conditions: 35 degrees

The Thang

Run grab the “Longdong” Pavers (16 inches, fat, heavy)
COP on practice field
Collar Q:

*do all reps with Longdongs, yeah…

15-1 Countdown Ab Destroyer
2ct Russian Twists
*do all reps with either 1 or 2 Pavers

15-10 Countdown Arms
Paver Curls
Alt. Shoulder Raises
Overhead Tricep Ext

Splinter Q
Indian March/Run with Pavers to Battle Loop
At ROTC pad

(since Robber finagled a guy named Roadhouse spelled “Rhodehouse” into a #BillyZane during the work, I personally couldn’t breathe enough to talk that much but he pulled it off somehow)

8 Dead Hang Pull-ups
20 Paver Squat Thrusters
30 Paver Merkins
20 Overhead Paver Lunges
8 Squat Jumps
Run School Entrance Loop (about 400m+)

Indian March/Run Back
Put up Pavers
Run to COT

Welcome to our obviously insane visitor, Brian Rhodehouse. Who joined in near the climax of our suffering. Seriously, his name is road-house, thusly he is now “Bouncer.” Hope he posts again soon.

BOM: Collar

Good numbers today. This workout was practically impossible. Some areas of it were downright unattainable, which is tough do at Battle. Awesome effort by the Battle Pax.

T-claps to Robber for posting to Battle before the special Mission workout this morning. #HIM
