AMRAP Tuesday

15 PAX (including 2 from Leigon) came to for an AMRAP workout where the reward for finishing first was more reps.

Conditions: 55 and clear

The Thang:

Warmup-
Mosey to stop sign and back
SSH IC x 25
Merkins IC x 15
Squats IC x 15
BBS OYO x 10

AMRAP
Due to a shortage of bricks, YHC had to modify slightly. Parter up, one parter completes exercise, other partner does abs.
Shoulder press x 10
Squats x 10
Curls x 10
Abs: flutter kick, LBC, Russian twist

Flutter kicks x 30 IC

Mosey to playground:
PUll ups x 10
Incline merkin x 10
Box jump x 10
Iron cross x 10

Mosey to Bus loop, stop for a minute of people’s chair, then:
5 burpees
10 squats
10 merkins
10 Russian twist
Exercises done at ends of loop, two laps = a set.

Mosey to put pavers away stopping for another minute of people’s chair.
