After a week of options in Columbia, #BrickPile or #SwampFox, eight resolute pax gathered in the gloom beneath the KBC tower to compare notes between the two bootcamp workouts. Staunch DHS regulars and recent converts to the CMS location traded war stories of the week in appreciation of now having choices in their T/Th routine. #Amble took up the same call to better serve the membership and 4, 5 and 6 mile options were provided.
Conditions: 74 degrees, 94% humidity
All choices circumnavigated Big and Little Lake Katherine in a clockwise fashion. 4 miles included the single, traditional loop. 5 miles approached a figure eight pattern and the 6 mile included the same circuit plus two visits to the Shady Lane cul-de-sac that is now so well known by the pax.
