On April 4th, on Easter’s Eve, 17 men posted on a soggy morning at Finaly Park for The Mission. This was our second installment of The Mission AO, and it came complete with rain to wash away the pounds of pollen in the air. Thankfully the men of the Mission preserved through the deluge to get better.

- Bear crawl up the hill, crab walk down
- Plank till the 6 is back, then repeat

- The COT at the Mission is starting to become my favorite part of the workout, especially as I was on the Q this week. Going forward, we’ll continue the tradition of sitting for COP at The Mission, and making time for prayer requests.
- Coffeeteria also seems to be a big hit. If can spare the time on Saturday morning, please come by the Oliver Gospel Mission after the workout for caffeine.
- We’ve had a generous response on the Twitter machine for gear donations. We’ll be dropping off some shorts and socks to the men of The Mission this week so they don’t have to post in denim.
