12 pax gathered at Hammer for yet another wet morning, but lucky for yours truly, it was still pretty warm. Inspired by 8-minute abs, the following ensued:

Run to The Other Store

20 baby arm circles forward
20 baby arm circles backward
20 arm raises
10 slow count squats (4 count cadence)
20 LBC- all ab workouts using 4 count cadence
20 right side crunch (right elbow to left knee)
20 left side crunch (left elbow to right knee)
15 shoe grab crunches (legs in the air, crunch to touch your shoes)
Run to the corner of Atascadero and Monterey Place

10 reverse crunches (legs in the air, lunging them up- 4 count cadence)
Run to the bottom of Cherry Laurel Dr.
Partner up- one partner remains at the bottom and does Big Boy Situps while the other runs to the top of the hill and does 15 burpees. Switch partners- then 10 burpees, then 5 burpees.
Run down Springill to Woodmere through Timmerman School, back to The Other Store
