The AOQ dropped the ball this week, by completely leaving it off the Q list. Then yesterday being Memorial Day, YHC didn’t go to work and check the Q list like a normal Monday so as YHC showed up at the normal 5:29 arrival time, there was surprisingly little action at Hammer. When YHC asked who had the Q, to the surprise of everyone there wasn’t a Q for this morning. So YHC dug down deep and came up with a workout based heavily on one of our new fearless leader’s Q’s at Battle.

Take a right on Trenholm to Reamer
Take a right on Reamer to Oakhill
Take a left on Oakhill to Landrum
Take a right on Landrum to Briarfield and finish where you started
Oh and perform 100 burpees along the way
The burpees could be split up however each individual member of the PAX decided
According to our resident runner and his satellite synced watch the run was 2.3 miles.

The we did lunges, jump squats, and mountain climbers 15 down to 1 or until time was called.
