The scheduled Q’s didn’t make it this morning, so the PAX traded leadership. It was cold (23 degrees), which was good, because the ground would have been wet instead of frozen.
The Thang:
Warm up by Silver Bullet: side straddle hop (20); squat walkers (10); arm circles (front 10, back 10); jog around the circus.
Part II by Skirt: 3-exercise circuit: 5 pull ups+ 10 merkins + 20 swats, repeat 5x.
Part III by FroYo: Partner exercise between the school and playground — when we dip you dip we dip + people’s chair (3 sets of 20, 15, & 10). Then repeat with merkins + people’s chair (3 sets of 20, 15, & 10).
Part IV by Improv: lunge walk to the school (from the playground); tuck jumps (10) + people’s chair, repeat 3x; Carolina dry docks (10); bear crawl back to the playground.
Part V by Teddy: suicides on the basketball court with exercises at the interim points (flutter kicks, LBCs & Russian Twists) — 5, 10, 15, 20 counts (so, four rounds)
Part VI by Flipshade: Partner exercise — partner 1 runs around Circus while partner 2 repeats 10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 sit ups. Repeat 2x
Part VII by Stretch: 10 burpies; 10 plank jacks; 10 tuck jumps
