2015 comes to a close at the ‘shed

13 PAX posted at the Woodshed for a Kenny G & Stretch led year end 2015 beatdown. Theme for the day…20 – 15.

Conditions: 63…humid…in December…strange.

20 SSH IC, 15 Imperial Walkers IC

20 High Knees IC, 15 Butt Kickers IC

20 LAC Forward IC, 15 LAC BW IC

20 Overhead Claps IC, 15 Shoulder Press IC

Mosey to brick cage for some blocks, then over to playground behind school….

20 reps – 15 exercises: 20 reps OYO of each exercise, called up in groups of 3. When needed, PAX can break up reps into sets with other exercises.

1.Merkin 2.LBC 3.Squat; 4.Curls 5.Russian Twist 6.Lunge; 7.Shoulder Press   8.Mountain Climber 9.Jump Squats; 10. Bench press 11.Big boy sit-ups 12.Tricep extension; 13. Pull-ups  14. Flutter kicks 15. Dips

Done! Now ring in the new year with a Rinse & Repeat adding in the Burpee as exercise 16 (20 reps – 16 exercises). This time done OYO the whole way through. If done early, walk around and encourage your brothers to finish strong.
