Conditions:              Fitty DegreesHaving trained my entire life for this moment, YHC arrived as is custom by bicycle to lead the Camden Geriatric Group of F3.  Fearing that the PAX could be smaller than normal due to Cinco D’mayo the previous day, YHC was quite surprised to see the PAX grow to 21 for this delightful May morning.  The PAX seemed content to chit chat a bit too much prior to the work out so YHC put an end to that by giving a quick disclaimer about kids in college and not having any money so sue me if you like and so on and so on……..and then we were off to the ground where warm ups usually occur.Disclaimer                   Warm-o-rama(Flight Risk arrives casually late as usual in his not quite street legal blue dragon.) SSH                         X              25LBCs                        X              20Squats                    X              15Merkins                 X              10Burpees                 X              5 Bear Crawl (Modify Lunge) to prickly clover area between tennis courts and fountain – Rinse & Repeat above. Bear Crawl to center park light pole – Rinse & Repeat Above. Bear Crawl to area near tennis courts for wood choppers, drop / roll / merkins, sit ups, etc. Mosey to Street and Indian Run to Camden Elementary – Break half way for plank exercises. Arriving at CES, the PAX once again realized that the hardest part of today’s workout would be scaling the 4 foot chain link fence……once over, several PAX members appeared quite nervous as they knew they could be trapped in…..scaling the fence after YHC’s main routine would prove difficult. Arrive at CES for AMRAPs in 10 minutes of:Pull Ups                  X              5Push Ups                X              10Squats                    X              15Sit Ups                    X              20 The PAX continues to complain about pull ups but is slowly getting better……many people were observed to have completed 1……which is a big improvement from the hanging arm routine. After the allotted 10 minutes, YHC instructed the PAX to line up across the field and complete 1 Burpee, Forward Roll & 10 SSHs across the field.  Once on the other side, backwards run….rinse & repeat.Q instructs PAX  to scale fence and regular mosey back to the Rectory.  After intense concentration and effort, all PAX members successfully scaled the great wall of Camden.PAX holds six at Rectory until the six arrives.Close out with various plank exercises, 6 inches, 45 degrees, 90 degrees, up-downs, etc.Announcements:Coffeteria at Candy’s for new buffet.Orville announces food pick up for Sanders Creek orders will begin at 10:00 a.m.Ratched announces schedule change for United Way Garden project.  New date is June 3rd.
