Neon’s Fabrication

Condition:  61 and clearNeon  promised a light running workout after much complaining about his last Q.  Exercise got off to an auspicious start with a very shaky cadence call from the QIC.  Mumblechatter abound about his lack of rhythm and probable lack of dance skills.  Q got them back with Jacobs Ladder on Chestnut St Hill that included much running and monkey humpers.  To make up for the excessive cardio, had a short mosey to the tennis courts for block work.  All thoughts of cardio were forgotten.Warm UpSSH 25X IC
