Helping launch Camden has been one of the most rewarding F3 experiences I have had in the nearly four years I have been involved in F3. Seeing the progress made by all pax members is fairly incredible in the short amount of time the AO has been open. As the last workout led by F3 Columbia, YHC wanted to incorporate some Dealer’s Choice so more guys can get accustomed to leading because their time to Q will be soon.As for the some of the workouts led by the pax below…I do apologize but I did my best to remember what you called.
