BEAR CRAWLS AND BLOCKS/BURPEES AND BRICKS

Conditions:  Humid and Muggy with a 5:30 AM temperature of 76 degreesIt has been 11 days since YHC participated in @F3Camden and I was not sure I would have the stamina to complete an F3 workout much less Q.  Needless to say, YHC did not sleep much last night and rehearsed the workout over and over in my head.  The more I thought about it, the more I considered how dumb this routine would be.  Why not just stick with 45 minutes of stretches and LBAC.  Everyone loves that, right?I left home early and arrived at COP at 5:10 AM to put out Field Day cones and plan the areas for workout.  It was at 5:23 AM that it hit me that no one else might show up.  Thanks to Sacagawea for being the first to arrive and articulate, “This was a tough morning to get up!”  Slowly the PAX showed up and by 5:29, we had 10 with 2 in transit.  I gave the one minute warning with the opportunity to run back home for cooler climate.  GOOD GRIEF IT WAS WARM!DISCLAIMER:  No One, even YHC thinks he is an expert and thus we mozied to COPWARM-A-RAMA at Light Post in Center of ParkSSH       X 20 IC
