Youthful at heart but old in the body

YHC tried to clear out his garage over the weekend and give away old toys from my 2.0s to the fellow pax of The Hollow.   No one volunteered to take my old crap so they had to pay in the gloom by actually using them.

Conditions: 60 degrees and slightly wet

The thang:

Disclaimer and mosey around the parking lot.   Scotch was running a little late.  One of my 2.0s toys was a bike trailer so the pax pulled Cramps & Wild Hog around the parking lot on the bike trailer waiting on Scotch.  Go to the block pile, grab a block and bring it to the breezeway to the right of the courtyard.

Workout

Partner up.   Exercises consisted of partner 1 riding a “vehicle” down the breezeway in front of the high school or around the parking lot.  You had your choice of two rock boards, a youth bicycle, or a Green Max.

Exercise #1 – 200 merkins as a team.  Partner 1 started merkins while partner 2 grabbed a vehicle.  Switch out until merkins completed.

Exercise #2 – 300 squats as a team.  Partner 1 started squats while partner 2 grabbed youth golf clubs and a plastic gold ball.  Partner 2 had to hit the golf ball in the courtyard to the fourth light poll.   Partner 2 had to bear crawl to where they hit the golf ball until they made the fourth light pole.   Switch out until squats completed.

Exercise #3 – 400 block presses as a team.  Partner 1 started presses while partner 2 grabbed a vehicle.  Switch out until presses completed.

Exercise #4 – LBCs as a group until every pax was pulled up or down the breezeway in the bike trailer.

Return the block and mosey back to the breezeway since we wanted to stay dry!!!

Moleskin:
Nothing is better than seeing old men on kids toys.  No one went to the hospital so I consider it a success.  The Green Max and kids bike were the most entertaining.  F3 is cathartic and goal oriented.  I am proud to say after years of hard work and dedication, we finally got Half Empty on a Green Max.   Suck it neighborhood rich kids!
