Tha Thang: Our planned Q went AWOL to the beach, and our AOQ had an alarm fail. So, things went sideways straight off. YHC had a running plan early, so first 30 minutes was allocated to a Dealer’s Choice which apparently Fallout dominated, with a good deal of blockwork. YHC arrived and the lips moved into high gear when I immediately turned em around back to the blocks. I didn’t intend to use them much, but complaints directly caused me to audible into more. #BlameBeta
Overhead press, lots of core (sidebends, hip dips, deadlift, plankjacks, mountain climbers, alphabet, starfish, in/outs, Iron presses, weighted LBCs, flutters). Bring Sally Up with merkins/squats. Jump squats. Mosey.
