YHC broke out the playing cards for the rainy day, (well actually an app on my phone -Sweat Deck) and assigned exercises to each of the suits of cards as follows:
Couple caveats, I removed all cards below 5, so that left us with 40 cards and 90 reps of each exercise (not counting the Joker surprises). Aces =15 reps, and face cards = 10 reps.
Finally, after every round (all 6 pax pick one card), bear crawl to end of breeze way and do 10 mt. climbers (first 4 rounds). then switch to walking lunges and 20 LBC’s for the final 4 rounds.
We made it through all 360 reps plus jokers.
- Squats = Diamonds
- Burpees = Hearts
- Merkins = Spades
- Jumping Lunges = Clubs
- Joker 1 = Run in place for 2 minutes
- Joker 2 = 50 Mt. Climbers (2 count)
2 minutes to spare for some Mary:
- Shoulder taps X 15 IC
- Flutter Kicks X 15 IC
- Heal Touches X 15 IC
- 1 Minute Plank
