The Millennial Strikes Back

Due to the success rate of the #millennial workout on Tuesday at C.A.T, YHC thought it would be a good idea to bring it to the pax of Ambush. I knew that they could handle it, as they can handle just about anything. Here’s what went down.

The Millennial Workout
You are supposed to partner up so your total number of exercises equals 2000, the year when millennials began to be born, but due to the odd number of 7, we just each did 100 of each exercise then bear crawl to other side of the parking lot and plank waiting on the 6. Perform the next exercise then lunge back and plank again, then rinse and repeat.
Alternating lunges(50 each leg)
Heel Touches
OH Claps
American Hammers(50 each side)
2-ct Flutter Kicks
Burpees-due to time constraints do as many as possible in last 9 minutes
