The Thang:
Mosey to the front entrance. Start will 11 hand release merkins and 11 LBC's. Mosey to next station stopping at every light pole for one burpee. Second station, 11 squats and 11 big boys. Repeat this process until the roundabout, then bear crawl around.
Each lap afterwards, you add one to the previous. 12, 13, 14, etc. Also, add a burpee each lap at every lightpole.
