15 pax return to the gloom for a WOD from YHC. Conditions were near perfect and everyone was ready for a good beatdown. After a quick disclaimer and opening prayer, we began.
Mosey to the concession stand and begin warm-ups:

Windmill x 10 IC
TTT x 10 IC
Dora 1,2,3, begins the WOD. Pax 1 begins running to the top of the stairs while pax 2 begins 100 merkins. Flap jack. Followed by Dora 2, which consisted of 200 flutter kicks, and Dora 3 which consisted of 300 squats. Same format for all exercises.
Next all pax were invited to the bar for 100 calf raises, followed by 10 rows, 10 burpees, and 10 dips. Next, the original teams were put back together for different varieties of pain. Pax 1 begins lunge walking the flower boxes while pax 2 begins alligator merkins, then flap-jack. Next, its back to the bar for more variety. This time the pax were instructed to perform incline merkins x 20, mountain climbers x 50, dips x 20, 2 laps around the concession stand and decline merkins x 20, squats x 50, and dips x 20.
Final exercise was several rounds of Mary and a non-indian run back to the SH.
It was a great time this morning. Pax were working hard, mumble-chatter was good and clean.

Prayer Request: The Don will be taking his family on his own version of a European vacation. Pray it goes well. Pray for the family of the USC student (and others) that have committed suicide.
