Stairs and hurdles

This was my first Q in several months due to a broken ankle.   I have not been fully cleared for running yet so the only idea I had that I could complete was a stair workout.   Therefore see below

Conditions: 65 degrees and actually really nice

The thang:

Disclaimer, prayer, and mosey to the track.

The workout:  Mosey around the track for 1 lap and meet at the bottom of the football stadium stairs.   The workout consisted of a modified CAT5.

Run the stairs by the pressbox.  Bunny hop the skydeck.   Loop around the stadium stairs and repeat.

While performing this workout, I saw some lonely hurdles on the track and stupid ideas starting popping in my head.  So I stopped the stair workout with 10 minutes left and had the pax meet on the track.   Every pax grabbed a hurdle and had to run 400 meters holding the hurdle.  Hindsight says there should have been a video of the hurdle running competition.

We finished with a couple 100 meter sprints and returning to the shovel flag.
