The Thang:
first exercise was to chase anyone not wearing green and pinch them. All pax took to heart that YHC is not a professional and declined this exercise.
COP: ssh, ttt, overhead arm claps
grab a block and head to the back parking lot (about 1/4 mile long). 4 ways to move across the lot.
1. curl block to earn a step
2. overhead press to earn a step
3. lunge walk with the block
4. 1 burpee earns moving to the next parking space
Those that finished first helped the rest by giving some burpees to help them progress. At the end the blocks were formed into a cross and the story was shared of how St Patrick brought the gospel to Ireland.
Head to the utility buildings at the Cate for lucky 7’s. 7 if the following excises were down at each building then run back to the start

4. 4-count flutter kicks
5. dips on benches
6. Big boy sit-ups
