Warm-up run: line up in two columns, start from the parking lot, run down the driveway, right onto Bird Rd, run to the stop sign at Bickley and stop.
Tha Thang:
Flutters waiting for the six.
Face downhill. Merkins x 10 IC Face uphill. BBSU x 10 OYO Stay in your columns and run to the bottom of the driveway.
Group 1 inchworm with a pushup up the driveway to the speed bump, then backwards bear crawl back down to the start point.
Group 2 run to the side entrance, 25 Merkins, run to the stop sign, 25 Merkins, back to the side entrance, 25 Merkins, and back to the starting point. Plank/Flutters/LBC etc waiting on the six.
Switch up and rinse and repeat.
Single file shortcut to the Pull-Up bars. Every PAX does 5 GOOD pull-ups. No kip. Dead hang. All the way down, all the way back up. Get help if you need it.
If you can’t do pull-ups, use the dip bars for inclined assisted pull-ups.
Head to the track when you’re done.
Group 1 Native American run around the track. ALL PAX must have cycled through by the time you complete the lap.
Group 2 line up for Tunnel Of Love
Return to the parking lot.
