11 PAX came out of hibernation to slap the gloom in the face

Mosey around parking lot to block pile and grab a block. The token “there was a faster route” was used of course by a certain critical PAX who is a serial foot dragger. Gather at pull up bars. Each PAX would need to complete the following:
1 laps around the parking lot with the block after each exercise.
50 Pull-ups
50 Burpees
100 curls
200 BBS – It was here that many of the PAX realized how much rear cushion they didn’t have, including YHC. Note made to incorporate more squats in future Q’s.
300 chest presses
