Lots of good energy today! A couple veteran Pax who we don’t see as much as we would like to (Ponzi, and Swanson) posted, and our newest Pax, Crab Legs, continues to show up and crush it. Also noteworthy, unless I missed it, I believe our TWSS count was 0 today….Maybe we are finally maturing in this new year?

Warm up Mosey around parking lot and Circle up on soccer field
SSH IC X10, Air squats IC X 10, Run in Place, High Knees, and buttkicks (15 seconds each), Merkins IC X 10
The Thang(s):
On a 100yd Soccer field, YHC placed a cone every 25 yards.
Starting from the end line with your block, lunge walk with your block to first cone, then 5 burpees and 5 thrusters at cone 1. Run to opposite end line perform 25 plank jacks, and bear crawl 75 yds back to your block. Rinse and repeat for the remaining cones shorting your bear crawl each round by 25yds until you get to the other end line.
Round 2, same thing as above, but overhead carry instead of walking lunges and 10 kettle bell swings in lieu of 5 thrusters.
Mosey back to the shelter. 15 in and outs IC, 15 flutter kicks IC.

I challenged the guys to apply this verse to their EH opportunities, but not just for the purposes of growing for growth’s sake, but for serving our neighbors, friends, colleagues, etc.. who we know would benefit from F3. Even if they don’t know they need it yet, men desperately need accountability, and crave male companionship, and purpose. We are all here, better, and stronger for ourselves and families because of that person who took the time to EH us. Lets go be generous, plant seeds, and share this opportunity with someone else!
