IPC recovery

With an empty Q sheet, YHC took advantage to stretch out some of the muscles affected by Wilson’s IPC sneak attack Tuesday morning. A quick flip through the Lexicon offered some opportunities and some inspirations to try out some new things. Some worked, some didn’t, but it was a great morning to spend with the Smokehouse PAX. Great to see Albatross out there and good to get Urkel back in full swing. Nub and Puck are also on a roll for posting.

COP at flag: IC we did some TTT, Imperial Walkers, LBAC forward/reverse. On Q call we did Alarm Clocks, Flutter Kick Alarm Clocks.
On the curb, Rocky Balboa until Q says Mike Tyson, then do 5 Mike Tysons.

Mosey to Blocks, Partner up, grab one block and two bricks per group.
The Thang:
P2 sets up about 50 yards away from P1. P1 performs 25 Chest press with Block, while P2 was doing freddie mercurys AMRAP. P1 runs to P2 to start doing freddys and P2 runs to cinder blocks for 25 Chest Presses. Continue pattern until all have completed 4 rounds.
Round 2 is the same set up (PAX did move closer to save some time). The excercises are P2 doing LBC’s Amrap while P1 does a wall sit while curling and OH pressing bricks (one each hand). 20 reps of the curl and press then run to switch with Partner. 4 rounds each
Round 3. Lawnmowers with Cinder Blocks. 15 reps (right arm first round, left arm second, R 3rd round, L 4th round). P2 is doing BBSU’s Amrap
Round 4. Wall sit curls with bricks again 10 reps. P2 LBC’s Amrap. 4 rounds each.
