I started F3 in June 2015. I hate getting up in the mornings, but I love getting better with these guys! Looking forward to many more years.

Pleasant morning. Temp around 70. A bit wet outside but nothing these guys couldn’t handle.

Warmups:

  • SSH (15)
  • LBA (15)
  • TTT (15)
  • OAC (15)

The Thang:

  • Mosey around track and grab a block
  • Cusak around track 1 time. 4 penalty burpee the first time block comes down. 8 penalty the second time. 12 penalty the third time, etc…
  • Partner Up
    • Partner 1 Big Boys, Partner 2 lap. Switch
    • Partner 1 LBCs, Partner 2 lap. Switch
    • Partner 1 Merkins, Partner 2 lap. Switch
    • Bent over rows waiting on the 6.
    • Move to playground.
      • Partner 1 overhead presses. Partner 2 run to light pole (or 25 pullups, assisted if necessary). Switch
      • Partner 1 wall sit. Partner 2 run to light pole (or 25 pullups, assisted if necessary). Switch
      • Partner 1 wall sit. Partner 2 two laps around playground equipment. Switch. Rinse and repeat.
