Hammer goes through the “Rinse and Repeat” Cycle

14 PAX posted to see if YHC actually had a plan for destroying our mind body and spirit this morning.  Full disclosure, sort of.  The problem begins when you have such a strong group like the PAX from #HAMMER, it takes a lot of work.  This workout covered over 2 miles and lots of pain stations along the way.  Here’s the THANG!

Conditions:  70 degrees and humid.  Cloudy

Depart the parking area and turn right on Briarfield Road.  Turn right on Satchelford Road and enter the parking circle.  At each column PAX were instructed to perform 2 burpees each.

Exit the circle and turn right on Satchelford Road.  Enter the parking lot and got to the farthest island where the light poll is.  Instructions are given:

20 Merkins, 20 LBC’s, 20 Squats, Sprint a lap around the other island with the light poll and return to the start.

Repeat with 10 reps and then repeat with 5 reps.  SSH until the 6 arrives.

Depart the parking lot and take a Right on Oak Hill Road.  Left on Ravenwood Rd. and continue to the intersection of Reamer and Ravenwood.  Circle up.

Hold Air Chair while each PAX give a 5 count.  Run to the intersection of Reamer and Satchelford Rd.

1 minute wall squats.  Rinse and Repeat.

Run to the playground.

10 Pull ups.  Run to Right Field.

10 Merkins.  Run to the intersection of Briarfield Rd and Satchelford Rd.

10 LBC’s.  Run to the playground entrance gate.

10 Squats.  Run back to playground.  Rinse and Repeat but with 5 reps.  Instructions were given for both rounds at the beginning.

Run to the Basketball Court for Mary IC.  Flutters, LBC, Freddie Mercury’s and Boat/Canoe.

Final circuit on the Basketball court.  All exercises were OYO.  Reps were 15, 12, and 9.  SSH, Merkins, LBC’s and Squats.

Jailbreak back to the flag upon completion by everyone.
