21 PAX posted for a little run this morning. Conditions were humid and about 70 degrees or so. YHC forgot to do name-a-rama at the end and nobody spoke up so hopefully all the names are right. As punishment for no name-a-rama, the next Crusade I Q we will do the dam run. Shout-out to Simon Says for helping me make sure I had everyone.
The route- take a left onto North lake, left onto Old Cherokee, left into Bent Creek neighborhood, run around the circle once or twice, then head back. Hills were certainly quality over quantity.

- John 14: 15-31- Jesus is predicting His death and explaining to His disciples that although He will physically be gone, He will still be with Him as an advocate through the Holy Spirit. How reassuring is it that us as believers, have the Holy Spirit within us? How often to we try to block the Holy Spirit out or ignore the Holy Spirit when God is talking to us? Are we prepared to say yes? Think about opportunities you have to say yes to the Holy Spirit and act to spread the gospel.
