10 Pax started the morning with a warmup of SSH, imperial walkers, and arm circles (yes both forward and backward) before taking a tour around the parking lot. After returning the workout began will 100 reps each of merkins, LBC, Dips, Squats, and Calf Rases. Another parking lot lap was in order. Once returning PAX then completed 75 reps each of iron crosses, lunges, hand release Merkins and BBSU. The workout then finished with 25 burpees.
