Mosey around Spring Hill High School to circle back to the picnic benches where it was discovered that I actually had a charged speaker to enjoy some early morning ear candy to start the day right.

THE Thang-
Each Pax to do said exercise for 30 secs then rest for 15. Rinse and repeat for 2 of each set with 1:30 rest in between each set for a total of 8 sets.
