Drizzly Gloom at the Boneyard

In an attempt to make it up to the men of the Boneyard for missing a prior Q opportunity, YHC was overly anxious about fartsacking so it was a harrowing morning to say the least. Going on very little sleep and an extra early wake up due to a quick moving thunderstorm I arrived early. Given that at 5:00AM it was only Chum and myself it would not have taken much to sway me towards an early coffeteria but we decided to forge ahead. I figured the band field would be extra damp this morning and was proven correct, so we moved the workout to the paver covered area near the cafeteria.

Conditions: 65 and damp

Intro, disclaimer and prayer

The Thang:

To get things started we completed a Berp-n-Merk Ladder up to 10.
That ends up being 10 burpees and 55 Merkins in fairly quick succession.

Next, we made it over to retrieve a block for a series of 21’s including Overhead Press and Curls for the girls. Chum tore through this making it look easy. YHC was very impressed!
To wrap things up we made our way back towards the block pile stopping along the low wall for a few sets of dips. We completed a set of 20, 25 and 30 before time ran out. We put our blocks away and headed back to the Shovel Flag.

Prayer Requests:

The people of Palmetto Health, giving them all strength as we work towards merging with another hospital.
