Mosey to end of lot near school sign. Circle up. X 15 IC of each: SSH, TTT, LBAC f&r, IW. Mosey to bus loop. Complete 1 exercise X 20 & then 1 lap, R/R Squats, merkins, calf raises, LBCs. Next line up toward median of bus loop. Bear crawl up hill- 2 burpess- crawl bear down other side- 10 BBSU- bear crawl up- 2 burpees- crawl bear down- 10 LBCs- R/R. Next, teams of 2 (YHC joined on team) One pax runs lap while other completes exercise and then flip flop. 100 merkins, 200 BBSU, 50 burpees completed by each team. Mosey back to shovel flag with a little extra loop at the front. Circle up for Mary- dealers choice- (YHC called to out to do 20 of each but each pax called out 10 IC) PA- FK, Drail- RT, Canseco- GP Duraflame- FM , Wilbur- LBCs , Booster- KC, Buttermaker- IW until time is up (Disclaimer- all of exercises listed above may or may not have been called)
