#CampaignQ #28 made its way back to WKHS for The Viper. While the QIC has discretion over exercises, YHC decided to stick with the traditional Viper exercises of Hand Release Merkins, Flutter kicks, and American Hammers. Most of us ran The Viper while Deadstick took Spud for a stroll. Ralphie branched out into man stretching after a few Viper laps. Great AM of fitness and fellowship.
