Brocks

YHC loves the Hollow because there are bricks and blocks. While all AOs have blocks, not all AOs have bricks, but YHC loves them. It is a really nice transition point as the workout goes along to be able to shift the weight down. Anyway, YHC loves the Hollow, and the Pax always bring their best, and today was no exception.

Weather: 70-ish with about 70% humidity.

Devo: Slay the dragon –  there is a childrens book called “There’s No Such Thing as a Dragon”. YHC was listening to a podcast where this was discussed in depth. The mother denies that the dragon is in the house everytime the boy tells her it is. The dragon gets bigger and bigger until it runs off with the house. The dragon represents something that must be slayed because it protects a treasure. When we don’t tend to small problems they, like the dragon, continue to grow, until one day they take over our homes and our lives. Face the dragons in your life and slay them so they don’t take over your life.
