Boneyard sprint to the toy box. Grab a block. Cusak to band field.  Even though the Band field is lined for marching season, cones were place every 10 yards from the goal line. Since YHC only had 4 cones, he improvised and placed a towel at the 50 yard line (just in case the pax felt like throwing in the towel at that point).

The Thang

Partner up.  For the group of 3, 2 pax play the role as if they are 1 pax.

Pax 1 bear crawls to 10 yards and back. Pax 2 block squats. Flapjack when pax 1 returns.

Pax 1 bear crawls 20 yards and back. Pax 2 step ups (double stack the blocks for added pleasure). Flapjack when pax 1 returns.

Pax 1 bear crawls 30 yards and back. Pax 2 Al Gores. Flapjack when pax 1 returns.  On the way back, YHC bear crawled into the double stack of blocks slicing his forehead in the process hence the blood.  And by now we were all sweating.  All we need now are some tears.

Pax 1 bear crawls 40 yards and back. Pax 2 monkey humpers. Flapjack when pax 1 returns.

Pax 1 bear crawls 50 yards and back. Pax 2 imperial walkers. Flapjack when pax 1 returns.

Pax 1 bear crawls 40 yards and back. Pax 2 Curls for the Girls. Flapjack when pax 1 returns.

Pax 1 bear crawls 30 yards and back. Pax 2 Chest Presses.  Flapjack when pax 1 returns.

Pax 1 bear crawls 20 yards and back. Pax 2 Block Presses. Flapjack when pax 1 returns.

Pax 1 bear crawls 10 yards and back. Pax 2 Tricep Presses. Flapjack when pax 1 returns.

That’s 500 yards of bear crawls!!

Great work men!!

Return blocks to toy box and then head to the flag.

At the flag we had a minute left so YHC called his favorite exercise, 5 burpees OYO.

CHiP’s mother – cancer treatment.  She is in Tiajuana, Mexico by herself. Praise…his father’s employer donated the cost of the treatment, travel, etc for his mom.

Devo

This week has been a bear of a week for YHC. Monday evening he had a family member that had a climatic downfall in the Christian walk to such a degree an arrest could have been involved if it had been witnessed by the police.  Complete brokenness. YHC hurt more for the family member than himself because the family member’s pain was brought on by actions of self-destruction.  Proverbs 27:6 says “Wounds from a friend can be trusted but an enemy multiplies kisses.”  The family member’s “friends” sat idly by when the family member became recklessly endangered. The friends did nothing.  It was a painful reminder of how true Proverbs 27:6 is.

The pax then prayed The Lord’s Prayer.

Rather than conclude, Overnight called for CHiPs to pray while the pax encircled YHC. Now came the tears. YHC was hurting more than he realized.  This brotherhood of F3 once again blessed YHC more than he could have imagined. The outpouring of love from ALL the pax was incredible and just what YHC needed. Thank you men for a very meaningful moment and ending the bear of a week on such a high note.
