5 pax braved the cold for a little block work on Tuesday.

Grab Blocks and run 30 yards from hill by school

4 rounds of 20 curl press; Run up hill. 15 Squat Jumps; back down to blocks for 10 Burpees with jump over blocks.

In front of school under breeze way- 7 minutes of Mary

4 rounds of 16 curl press; Run up hill. 12 Squat Jumps; back down to blocks for 8 Burpees with jump over blocks.

Countdown and back up for Block Merkins with 20 second airchair in between

15; 12; 10; 8; 10; 12; 15- 82 Block Merkins

Put up blocks for 3 rounds of 20 Dips and 20 in and outs

20X IC SSH and fast run back to COT

Moleskin- keep wearing reflective vest.
