4 rounds- 16 Curl Press, run up hill, 12 jump squats, and 8 burpees with jump over blocks
15 Block Merkins; 20 second Airchair
Countdown and up with 12, 10, 8, 10, 12, and 15- 82 block Merkins
Put up blocks- 3 rounds of 20 dips and 20 in and outs at Tree of Life
20X SSH IC and fast jog back to COT
