The warm-up:

15 IW

20 SSH with 1 burpee at every 5 count




The Thang:

Grab blocks and headed to the top of the hill. Set blocks down and ran back down the hill.

The Table:

5 burpees at the bottom of the hill

10 overhead press at the top of the hill

15 merkins at the next street

20 Iron crosses at the following street

25 squats at the last street

Headed back to the AOQ and did some ab working utilizing the alphabet stopping at the letter M. 20 flutter kicks.  Finished up with letters L through Z.
