Grab blocks and headed to the top of the hill. Set blocks down and ran back down the hill.

10 overhead press at the top of the hill

20 Iron crosses at the following street
25 squats at the last street
Headed back to the AOQ and did some ab working utilizing the alphabet stopping at the letter M. 20 flutter kicks. Finished up with letters L through Z.
