13 Swamp Fox and Hammer PAX posted to the Trenholm Plaza #Gloom in search of 2ndF and Coffee. But first, they had to conquer a 30 minute non-stop #Blitz of epic (or maybe just embarrassing) proportion.

The Thang:
Mosey lap around parking lot, and stopping in front of the Fresh Market.
- 10 parking space lines. 5 merkins then jump to next line. 50 merkins total. SSH while waiting on the 6.
- 4 rows of parking spaces across the lot. At each row do 25 Monkey Humpers then bear crawl to next row. 100 MHs total. (Crowd Pleaser)
- 5 minute AMRAP: Knerkins, BBS, Jump Squats 5 reps each
- Burpee Snake across parking lot. 25 total burpees.
- Suicides: Winner gets 20 Monkey Humpers, 2nd place 30 Monkey Humpers, everyone else gets 3 minutes of burpees.

Moleskin: TClaps to Eldrick, Wally and Boo Boo for joining YHC at 0515 to get in an extra 15 minutes of #Blitz. 2ndF was strong at Coffeeteria with 10 in attendance. We did lots of Monkey Humpers. There seemed to be an abnormally large number of visitors to Trenholm Plaza for the time of day. Amazingly, security didn’t force us to leave.
