2 pax felt the need to burn off those extra holiday calories this morning at The Roost. The workout YHC had planned called for more than 2 pax but a few changes were made and off we went. Here’s how it went down:
Conditions: 42 and breezy
Head down to the top of suicide hill and grab a block.
SSH x15 (IC)
TTT x 15 (IC)
Original workout was planned as ring of fire but changed to partner workout. After each round both partners run down to to end of suicide hill (intersection) and then back to top.
Round 1: P1 10 Merkins/P2 Plank, flip flop, x 5
Round 2: P1 10 block squats/P2 Air Chair with block, flip flop, x 3
Round 3: P1 10 Chest press/P2 on back OH block hold, flip flop, x 5
Round 4: P1 10 OH Press/P2 OH block hold, flip flop, x 3
Round 5: P1 10 Thursters/P2 Air Chair with block, flip flop, x 3
Round 6: P1 10 Curls/P2 Hold block out, flip flop, x 3
Round 7: P1 Bear Crawl to light post and run back/P2 Plank, flip flop, x 2
Round 8: P1 10 Iron Crosses/P2 on back OH block hold, flip flop, x 3
Return blocks and run back down suicide hill around stadium back to flag. Stop for 1 min wall sit x 2.
