With some folks needing miles on their legs for BRR, YHC pivoted last second and came up with a less stressful workout. Today we moseyed around the track for a mile, then around the school for 1.5 mile, back to the track for a mile, and around the school for a half mile. Simple and easy today. Everyone got 4 miles.
