There are 4 small huts about 30 feet apart.
First Round:
20 diamond merkins, bear crawl to the next hut
20 overhead press, lunge to the next hut
20 big boy sit-ups, crab walk to the next hut
20 squats, run back to the start & air chair till the q says stop
Round 2: same exercise between huts with these @ the huts:
20 Wide Merkins
20 Squat-to-Press
20 Iron Crosses
20 Burpees
10 american hammers in cadence, then grabbed the blocks and headed back to the pile. Cusack at the dirt road again.
Next we broke into groups of 3
1st pax: AMRAP pull-ups, then leg lifts on the bar
2nd pax: high plank next to the curb and alternate tap the curb
3rd pax runs a loop around the parking lot.
Made it through 2 cycles before Q called time.
