9 PAX were not scared off by the ominous forecast and made their way to Hammer to get some work in.
Conditions: 75% degrees, 95% humidity (gross) and no rain!
Start with an easy warm up. 10 SSH IC, 10 merkins IC
Head to the entrance to the parking lot. Next up was 5 laps of 4 Corners. 10 reps of each exercise at each corner, flutter kicks while we wait on the 6. Exercises were Carolina Dry Docks, Jump squats, hand release merkins, lunges (10 each leg) and merkins to finish.
Next, we moseyed to the bottom of the parking garage for a taste of what the plan was in case of rain. Start at the bottom and run up the ramps, with exercises at each landing. 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 squats, 20 monkey humpers, 25 LBCs, 30 flutter kicks as you progress up each level. Since it didn’t rain, run to the top and repeat the sets on the way back down.
Mosey back to shovel flag for 1 minute of squats to finish.
