YHC sent his apologies to the pax as I was running late this morning. The pax were forgiving and we pressed on with the beat down. YHC previously teased the theme of the workout by playing (terribly) a mashup of some of my favorite Metallica songs and posting the video for the viewing pleasure of the pax. This upcoming Saturday, 7/25/2020 will mark the 37th year since Metallica debut its first album, Kill ‘Em All! These guys still continue to dominate their craft at least in my mind!
