Wounded Knee Massacre

A baker’s dozen arrived in the gloom of The Hollow to see what weird stuff YHC had up his sleeve this morning. Little did they know that their Q was lame and would be leading with a hobble around the AO. Since YHC had a wounded knee he thought it would be quite inappropriate to bring a massacre of a Q to recreate the infamous Wounded Knee Massacre. Ok, YHC should probably stop here and explain to those who either have knowledge of the incident or who clicked the convenient link and read the Wiki on it, that this was a tragic incident in our history not to be joked about. On the other hand the name itself seems quite appropriate (or inappropriate?) for YHC’s current sitch. So back to the massacre from this morning…

Pax circle up and begin burpees AMRAP
first Pax moseys to the block pile and returns with block and begins block circuit
Block Circuit = 10 curls for the gurlz, 10 OH presses, 10 tricep extensions, rinse and repeat ad infinitium
next Pax takes off to block up upon his return, etc, etc
once everyone has blocks and are performing the block circuit
first pax moseys back to the pile and de-blockifies himself
returns back to circle and begins AMRAP burpees.
And each Pax follows in suit until all are AMRAPing burpees.
