13 Pax beat the fartsack to show up for YHC’s burpeeless Q at Turning Point.  12 actually worked out with us, 1 ran around or something.

Mosey the long way around to the staff lot.  Circle up.

  • SSH x 20 IC
  • IW x 20 IC
  • LBAC x 15 IC (hold ‘em up)
  • Reverse LBAC x 15 IC (hold ‘em up)
  • Overhead Clap x 15 IC (hold ‘em up)
  • Dirty Bird x 15 IC (hold ‘em up)
  • Moroccan Night Club x 20 IC (Recover)
  • Merkins x20 IC
  • Mountain Climbers x 15 IC
  • Shoulder Taps x 15 IC

Mosey to the block pile.  Each Pax get a block and head to the track.  Drop blocks(gently) at the edge of the track.  Broad jump across to the other side of the track.  Plank for the six.  Penguin walk back to the blocks.

  • Curls For the Girls x 20 IC
  • Bent Over Rows x 20 IC
  • Shoulder Press x 15 IC

Sprint across to the other side of the track.  Plank for the six.  Bear Crawl halfway back to the blocks.  Plank for the six.  Circle up, tightly, for bear crawl ring of fire.  Lunge back to the blocks.

  • Shoulder Press x 15 IC

Mosey a lap and a half around the track and end up at the stairs.  Incline merkins on the stairs in ascending order to stair 5( 1 on stair 1, 2 on stair 2, etc)  Then move to the next section of stairs and do the same with squats.  Then move to the top section of stairs and do incline merkins again.  Once at the top, plank for the six.

Mosey back down to where the blocks were left but circle up and count off in ones and twos for a game of animal soccer.  Close game, 2-1.

Return blocks to the pile.  Mosey to the shovel flag.  One minute left, just enough time for some boat/canoe.  I suggested just boat but Wapner was not there to second the motion.
